SOHMO Tailoring Shears – 8" Left Handed (Factory Seconds)

These are genuine SOHMO Left-Handed Tailoring Shears, handmade in Italy from nickel-plated carbon steel with 24k gold-plated handles, purpose-built for a left-handed grip exactly like our full-price left-handed shears. On this batch, the gold plating hasn't adhered quite evenly to the handles, the engraving sits slightly skewed, or there's a light cosmetic patina visible on the blades. None of that affects how they cut, or how they're balanced for a left-handed hand.

The offset handle and dual knife-edge blades are unchanged, configured for the left hand to control the cut naturally, at 8" with a 100mm blade. These are still full-size tailoring shears suited to garment sewing, dressmaking, cutting yardage, and quilting through multiple layers, seconds and all.

Sold naked, no gift box, no foam insert, no microfibre cloth, just the shears themselves, which is how we're able to offer them at this price. Perfect if you're a left-handed sewist who wants a genuine Italian-made SOHMO shear built the right way round, and couldn't care less whether the handles are cosmetically perfect.

This is a once-off batch. Once they're gone, they're gone, and we won't be restocking factory seconds on a schedule, so grab a pair while they're here.
