If you’ve ever owned a tomato pincushion, you know the small strawberry dangling off the side. It’s there to keep your needles clean and sharp, and also because that’s how it’s always been done.

This zipper charm features two enamel strawberries, pink and orange with green tops, on a purple background and hang from a small parrot clasp. Clip it onto a project bag, pouch, pencil case, or jacket and you’ve got a bigger, easier-to-grab zip pull with a bit of sewing-room history attached. It also hooks onto embroidery scissors, which makes them much easier to find in a pile of fabric (and much harder to lose down the side of the couch).

At 30mm x 30mm plus clasp, it’s small enough to stay out of the way and cute enough to get compliments. No sewing- just clip it on, and move it between projects whenever you like. Each charm comes packaged on a card backing in a clear cello bag, ready to give or keep.
