The SOHMO Project Envelope solves a specific problem: the gap between buying fabric on impulse and actually using it. How much did you buy? What pattern was it for? What thread colour did you match it to? What notions does the project need? If you're the kind of sewist who has a fabric stash and a list of projects in progress, these envelopes are the system that keeps all of that information in one place.
Each envelope has seven fields pre-printed on the front:

Fill in the fields, tuck in a fabric swatch, a thread sample, any pattern notes or clippings, and store the envelope with the fabric. The next time you're at a fabric or notions shop, you have everything you need in your bag without having to remember it.
They're also useful at the other end of the process - when you're pulling fabric from the stash and can't remember what it was originally bought for, how much is left, or what thread you matched it to. A filled-in project envelope answers all of those questions at a glance.
