Go-To Scissors

The Go-To Scissors were designed from scratch — and it shows.

Most scissors are made to someone else's template. The SOHMO Go-To range is different. We worked directly with our manufacturer to develop custom handle moulds built specifically for these scissors - resulting in a silicone grip that fits the hand properly, flexes with your movement, and holds its comfort through long making sessions.

Every size in the range shares the same core design: one micro-serrated blade and one straight blade. The serrated blade pulls material gently into the cut rather than pushing it away - giving you more control, cleaner lines, and less slippage. It works beautifully on fabric, paper, ribbon, vellum, washi tape, and fine threads alike. Sharp to the very tip on every size.

Choose your size based on the work you do most. The Small (4") is built for precision - embroidery, appliqué, EPP, detailed paper cuts, and trimming. The Medium (6") handles most sewing room and craft desk tasks with ease. The Large (8") is the workhorse - cutting yardage, dressmaking, quilting, and anything that calls for a longer blade. Or start with the full set and cover every cut.
